How do I contact the callcenter?
Contacting the callcenter if you are a registered member you need only quote your customer ID and secure information that we hold about you. We cannot reveal any customer information due to the DBA (data protection act) therefore you as the customer will have to quote anything of your concern.
 
Finding your customer ID?
You need to log into the members section where your ID can be found. If you havent registered then please try registering
 
Who gets to see my home for sale?
The internet users get to see your property but your information cannot be obtained directly, people viewing your contact details must first register to this solution.
 
If (which has never been the case) I recieve malicous calls as a result of contacting information what do i do?
 
 
Fisrtly we would like to emphasise that no abuse has ever been commited by this concept, but we do hold every customer on our database for the given period of 5 years, our system is thoroughly logged so no-one viewing details would go unoticed. Legal action with our support alongside help with the police and our solicitors would be a heavy means for your prosecution. We cannot accept liability for abuse but we would very much do within our utmost power to aid you on this issue.
 
 
 
When I create a property for sale, how do i pay?
Traditionaly we can accept cheques, therefore please wait for an invoice from our company where you will recieve the billing address.

That`s right we research all properties in your given area, an will establish an approximation of you property. You would be advised as has always been the case, to seek several local estate agents to value your property then you can decide on the selling price.
